Drug Free Sign

The kids went down to the lunch room in the morning to sign the "I Pledge to be Drug Free" sign.

Kindergarten Door Decoration

For Red Ribbon Week, we had some High School Senior come to help us decorate the door. This was our door.....Just Snap out of Drugs....  The kids had a fun time getting a picture taken to post to the door. Some were goofy and some just wanted to be happy.

Nursing Home visit

We went to the Nursing Home to listen to Ms. Emily talk and teach us about spiders. The kids were able to inspect a live spider. They also were able to see the tarantula that Ms. Emily brought to show.

Fire Station Visit

For Fire Safety Week, the Kindergarteners walked down to the Fire Station to meet and see the Firemen and the trucks. They had a great time with all they were able to see. They were able to go inside some of the trucks too. At the end, they were given a bag of goodies and a Fireman's hat.

Pumpkinland Trip

The Kindergarteners had a great time at Pumpkinland. They were able to see and pet the large animals, listen to the Pumpkin Talk, pick a pumpkin, and go through a corn maze. After Pumpkinland, we went to Boyden to have lunch at the city park and to play.
